The title of the painting is an homage to Giorgio Morandi.

I have been moving towards the simplification of shapes and also exploring how the paint is applied.

I have used a combination of palate knife, bristle brush and scoring the surface with a sharpened wooden chop stick.

The title of the work is a homage to the still life artist: Giorgio Morandi.
