This was painted in blues, greys, white and yellow ochre with a touch of burnt Sienna.

Here I am utilising very high key tones and hues with low saturation.  The result: very difficult to photograph.

I have used a palate of lemon yellow, and purple- complementary colours-  plus gray and white.

It took a while to be satisfied with this one.  I wasn't until I added the collage that I was happy with the composition,

This composition owes a lot to Matisse.  I have employed decorative colours and a palate of warm and cool reds and pink, blues and a high keyed lemon yellow.
